Surfs Up: New Kit from Studio CT

Studio CT has a new kit in stores - Surfs Up! The kit comes in 47 elements, 41 papers including solid papers in 11 different colours. It is great for those beach photos and especially photos of surfing fun! I really love the cute surf board embellishments!

Well, I don't have any surfing pictures so I didn't manage to use the surf board embellishments, but this kit is still great for my photos of our Batam trip last year. I love the pastel colour palette of this kit and I thought it coordinated really well of the picture of the sunset we captured. If you look close enough, you can even see Singapore from here!

Studio CT: Rainy Days

I snapped these pictures of Aly some time back when we were on the way to grocery shopping. She insisted on bringing her Barney umbrella although it was barely drizzling. Lol. Anyway when I saw Studio CT's Rainy Days kit, I knew this was the perfect kit for these pictures. So here's the layout I did with the kit.

The Rainy Days kit comes with 26 elements and 14 pattern papers. I love the little embellishments like the puddle, umbrella, duck and boots. I love the rainbow and tortoise too although I didn't manage to work that in. This kit is great for those pictures of rainy, wet weather fun!

New Kit from Studio CT: Heading to the Zoo

One of Aly's all time favourite places is the Zoo. Our little family has been there quite a number of times, and I have accumulated so many pictures from our trips. When I saw Studio CT's new kit Heading to the Zoo, I knew it was just perfect for my zoo pictures! I really love this kit (am not just saying this because I'm in her Creative Team), it is just so fun to work with. What I love most are the super adorable animal elements, and the really fun word bits. There is just so much you can do with this kit.

Freebie from Studio CT: Wonderful Summer

When I was first browsing through Studio CT's Daisy & Dimples store, one of the kits that caught my eye was her Wonderful Summer Kit. It comes with a variety of really pretty patterned paper and I love the pinks and purples and orange of this kit. There are also these really cute summer related elements like the swim suit, sunglasses, beach stuff and my favorite are the bubbles! It's not only great for scrapping those pool party and beach fun photos, but you can use it for really any kind of "fun" photos.

Here's my layout that I did using the Wonderful Summer kit. Aly can never get bored of playing with bubbles!

New Kit from Studio CT: Sea Animals

Studio CT has a new kit "Sea Animals" and it is such a fun kit. There are so many cute Sea Animals embellishments to choose from. When I was creating my layout I was so tempted to try to use everything!

And here's my layout I created using the kit. We visited the S.E.A Aquarium for the first time. Aly was just 14 months then but she was not in the best of moods that day. Haha. But we still managed to have a good time, and I was really awed by the giant aquarium. I think Aly was pretty fascinated by that too.

Creative Team Member for Studio CT

When I first got started in digital scrapbooking, I was just amazed by the layouts created by the designers' Creative Team (CT) members. Well basically a Creative Team member creates sample layouts for the designer using the designer's digital scrapbooking products, in exchange for free excess to those products. How cool is that? For more information on Creative Teams, check out this great article I found on the Daily Digi.

The gorgeous layouts created by the CT members are such an inspiration to me when I'm creating my layouts, and so now, I'm super thrilled to be on Studio CT's Creative Team! Thanks Christin for the opportunity to be on her awesome team!

I created 2 layouts using her Magical Fun and Magical Fun Girl kits. I love these kits and they gave me the chance to finally scrap the photos from our Hong Kong Disneyland trip back in 2013!
